Assistance to support affected communities during natural disasters, calamities and emergencies. Under this initiative, IGF does not just provide essentials to the people in need but also provides direct healthcare support and empowers entire communities during difficult times.

India is one of the most disaster prone countries in the world, with 23 out of 29 states being regarded as multi-disaster prone regions! Furthermore, over 40 million hectares of land has been identified as flood prone. About 57% of the total area is vulnerable to earthquakes of varying intensities. The Indian Ocean is one among the six key cyclone-prone regions of the world.  

Taking A Stand - When It’s Needed The Most

Every year millions of Indians are affected by natural disasters. Its impact has been increasing dramatically in the last few decades in terms of the number of people affected and the length of time that they are affected. To deal with disasters, there is always an urgent need to provide time-sensitive aid to these communities.

In order to support these affected areas, the Impact Guru Foundation with the help of its partners and volunteers, has provided relief to people in need, during such emergencies. We proceeded with the undertaking of several distribution drives involving masks, blankets, oxygen concentrators, and grocery products to help vulnerable communities and individuals.
