Strive to provide healthcare facilities through Care On Wheels (C.O.W) to the underserved communities. The ambit of this FLAGSHIP program includes health screenings, vaccinations, wellness programs and regular tests for blood pressure, diabetes and other illnesses. The advantage of being mobile makes healthcare services possible in the most remote/needy areas, making the necessary services accessible to all; Rural, Tribal, Slums & urban India. This addresses -non-affordability, inaccessibility, & non-availability of essential primary healthcare services. The impact of MMUs/C.O.Ws can be gauged from the fact that the Central Govt. has accepted Mobile Medicare as a highly effective means of delivery of health services.

As on Jan 2023, IGF operates in eight states across 14 cities- Bihar (Sasaram, Begusarai), West Bengal (North Dum Dum), Gujarat (Bhavnagar, Porbandar, Devgarh Baria), Uttarakhand (Dehradun), Uttar Pradesh (Bareilly, Greater Noida, Sitamarhi), Kerela, Haryana(Manesar), Maharashtra ( Mumbai).

The C.O.W is be staffed with the following team of personnel:

• Medical Consultant, a qualified MBBS doctor, who examines the patient and prescribes medicines, and is also the prime person for the health activities of the project
• Health Worker,  responsible for the overall patient management, diagnostics, counselling and conducting outreach/awareness activities.
• Pharmacist, responsible for issuing and explaining the dosage  of the medicines, their side effects to every beneficiary.
• Driver-cum-Community Facilitator, educated, plays a major role in mobilizing within the community.
